About Me

I work with people with a wide variety of challenges, such as life crises, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, work related issues, relationship challenges, panic, stress, bereavement and grief, addictions, historic issues, or a feeling that something isn't right but you aren't really sure what it is.

The professional relationship we build will be key to making sense of your world and seeing the choices you have.  We will work together to understand your feelings, the way you think and the causes of your struggles.  I have been working online with clients for many years and am clear that we can work effectively, building a therapeutic relationship together, online

Before running the Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, I came from a career in finance and higher education .  I know how difficult it can be looking for someone to help with life's challenges; by looking at my website you are taking the first step. These are very challenging and anxiety inducing times - but the challenges we faced in life before this are still there

As an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Registered Member MBACP (Accred) I am governed by the BACP ethical code of conduct.  As well as my practice I am a Director and Trustee of SHP which took over East London Mental Health Service (ELMS) in 2020, and I have worked with MIND in Tower Hamlets and Newham (MITHN) and the Maudsley Hospital
