About Me

I work with people with a wide variety of challenges, such as life crises, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, work related issues, relationship challenges, panic, stress, bereavement and grief, addictions, historic issues, or a feeling that something isn't right but you aren't really sure what it is.

In my experience, the professional relationship we will build will be key to making sense of your world and seeing the choices you have.  We will work together to understand your feelings, the way you think and the causes of your struggles.

I come from a career in finance and higher education and for some time have been a practitioner, helping others through counselling.  I know how difficult it can be looking for someone to help with life's challenges; by looking at my website you are taking the first step.

As a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Registered Member MBACP) I am governed by the BACP ethical code of conduct.  As well as my private practice I am a Director and Trustee of East London Mental Health Service (ELMS) and have worked with MIND in Tower Hamlets and Newham (MITHN).  During my training I  worked  at the Maudsley Hospital .
