People look for counselling or psychotherapy for a range of different things. For some it may be anxiety caused by daily life or the stresses of work. For others it may be issues concerning self-esteem and their perception of themselves. For some people there is a general feeling that something is not quite right, and for others there may be something that has been pushed to the back of the minds for too long.
We are all individual and there are as many things to talk about as there are people.
