Anger can be very useful - it covers up for us sometimes when we are concerned or sad, for example.

However, it can also be distructive, spoiling relationships, making work difficult and having a real negative impact on our lives.

Understanding why anger can become rage and how to manage it can make a huge difference to your life.

Sometimes it's not being angry quickly enough that is the problem, so the anger explodes when it finally gets out.  Sometimes it's that the anger is near the surface and the smallest thing seems to"set it off"

If you'd like to work on having less anger in your life, get in touch and we can start to work on where the feeling comes from, on feeling more in control of your emotions and on feeling less angry.
